The Widow Wore Chartreuse (present day)

Felicity has had more husbands leave this world by violent means than Rosalind Russell in Auntie Mame. Tonight she is wearing a very special diamond from one of her marriages. The purpose of the party tonight is to celebrate life and seek her next husband. Among the guests are her “faithful” lawyer, and her estranged stepchild, Capability. A Marshall of the Law will be present because he believes an escaped convict is near. Sounds like a clash of titans.
